Co-Founder, Product, Project & Scale

Roger Grekos leads product at BrainStormers. 12+ years in product at X, the moonshot factory, PayEm and Find.co: validation, pricing, growth and scale.

Startups bring him in to test an idea, cut a crowded roadmap to one bet or set a price. Scale-ups and established companies bring him in to plan growth without breaking what already works.

The drawing shows two versions of a sign-up screen and, under it, the test that decides between them: an even split, results with confidence intervals and a decision.

EXPERTISE

What Roger works on

Roger's work follows the order a product usually needs: prove the demand, plan the bet, design it, then grow it.

THE APPROACH

How Roger Grekos works with your team

Roger starts with the people who will use the product. Before a roadmap or a pricing page, he looks for evidence: interviews, usage data, sign-ups and the reasons people leave. The first thing you get is a short written view of what the evidence supports, what it does not, and the one bet worth making next.

For a new idea, that means idea validation before anyone commits to a build, then a discovery phase once the problem is clear. For a live product, it often starts with user experience testing, where real users try the key flows. The findings feed a UX audit that ranks fixes by how much they matter.

When a team needs a product lead without a full-time hire, he works as a fractional CPO, running the roadmap, the positioning and the decisions around them. Our SaaS design services turn those decisions into screens a team can build. Pricing and packaging come next, then a plan for what has to change as users, team and revenue grow.

Each engagement ends with a plan your team can keep using: the evidence, the decisions and the reasons behind them.

I build the products, systems and operational foundations that let companies scale.
