A talent network, not job ads
BrainStormers careers run through a small network, not a large bench of staff. When a client engagement needs more hands, we bring in senior people we trust, matched to the work. A founder leads every engagement.
If you are a senior engineer or product person who likes hard problems and plain talk, send a short introduction. We will keep you in mind for engagements that fit. Engagements need people who can take a problem from a vague brief to a shipped result, and explain their choices to a founder.

ENGAGEMENT TYPES
Contract and embedded work
Three kinds of work, mostly for startups and sometimes for scale-ups and established companies.
Senior engineer contract work
Fixing and hardening apps built with AI tools, MVP builds, DevOps and cloud work, and help during production incidents, alongside Thanos.
Product consultant contract work
Discovery and validation research, usability testing, UX audits and design, pricing and roadmaps, alongside Roger.
Embedded engagements
Joining a client's team as a senior engineer or product lead, in their tools and rhythm, with a planned handover at the end.
