What a UX audit should hand you
A UX audit agency should hand you a ranked list of problems with evidence, not a deck of opinions. Each finding should name the screen, the user goal it blocks and how severe it is. It should also say roughly how hard it is to fix and what the fix could look like.
The ranking matters more than the length. A report with two hundred issues and no order leaves your team where it started. A report that opens with the handful of fixes that unblock the most users gives them a plan for the next sprint. When you compare any UX audit company, ask for one sample finding and check it against that bar. Our reports link each finding to the screen, the heuristic or WCAG criterion it breaks, and a suggested fix your designers and engineers can estimate. If a finding cannot point to a real screen and a real user goal, it does not go in the report.
